Riqualificazione Building Lagrange

FABRIC was engaged to renovate a prestigious historical residential building, proposing solutions for both common areas and a complete new layout for four floors of apartments. Working on an array of typologies, the apartments now range from studio suites for young professionals to spacious five bedroom residences for families. Transforming and merging the attic floor, the third floor apartments now offer loft type spaces with pocket balconies comprising floor to ceiling windows and skylights; while the style takes cues from the legacy of the building itself- intricate ironworks and floral decorations dating back to the Liberty period.
