Concorso Pubblico - 2° posto

FABRIC was invited by BNP PARIBAS REAL ESTATE, take part to the renovation contest of a previous office building in Sesto San Giovanni. The project focuses on the opportunity to trasform the former office plans into an a residential complex by adding terraces, balconies and additional staircases. At each level the outdoor Spaces of every unit is added externally on the original facade. The new terraces are designed to provide privacy thanks to their rhythm.
